The Highway Double

From The Highway / Shadwell you can see her twice from the same spot — once heading out to Canary Wharf (mile 14, ~12:25) and again on the way back (mile 21, ~13:30). Over an hour between sightings — grab a coffee and stay put.

The Jubilee Hop

From Canary Wharf (~12:54) you've got a solid hour to jump on the Jubilee line and get to Embankment (~13:58). Very doable.

The Route

Meeting Point M — for Moxey

Horse Guards Parade — near the Guards Memorial, off The Mall / St James's Park side.

Official London Marathon meeting zone. Look for the big letter M sign. She'll head straight there once she's got her medal, her bag, and approximately one litre of water inside her.

Nearest tube: Charing Cross / Embankment / Westminster
Important: give her at least 30–45 minutes after her finish time before expecting her there — the finisher's corridor is long and slow. If her projected finish is ~14:19, don't panic if she's not there until 15:00.
